Basics about 116 Monterey Dunes Way, Moss Landing, CA 95039

Welcome to our 3BR 3BA beach house!

This is a split-level home. There are two ensuites on the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are half a floor up, then the living room, a third bathroom, and the kids room are on the next half floor up. There's a bonus loft above the kids room which they use as their gaming room. It's also a nice place to get away from everyone and take a nap as there's a couch and TV up there.

Please note that except for electricity, this home is completely off-grid. Water is pumped from the ground through a well and sewage is handled through septic tanks. There is no incoming gas line, so everything is electric. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of the Monterey Dunes Colony. 

The house is in Moss Landing. We are next to Castroville, the capital of artichoke country. Castroville is a very small town, but there are some conveniences there. Marina is down a few minutes on 1 South and is a larger town and has many restaurants, Asian markets, Lucky, Grocery Outlet, and a Walmart. If you wanna go a little further on 1 South, you can get to Target, Trader Joes, etc. The closest large city with Home Depot, Costco, etc is Salinas.

To get into the Monterey Dunes Colony and into the unit, you must have a key to get past the main gate. Please see the Tech section for more info.

Here's the first en suite bedroom. When you walk into the house, it's the first bedroom on the right. It's the bedroom visible and to the right from the courtyard. The dresser under the TV is in use. Please don't use it.

Here's the Master Bedroom. It is the room past the laundry room. It has a direct view to the ocean and an outdoor deck. There are two closets here. The first closet on your left when you enter is a supply closet. There are extras of just about everything in here. The second closet is for our personal use. Both dressers are in use, so please don't use them.

And here's the kid's room and loft. And the upstairs bathroom. The dresser has the kid's clothes in it, so please don't use it.
